There is a substantial difference between incremental innovation (dealing with articulated issues), responsive adaptation, and ‘Eureka’ innovation in which radical new insight creates radical change. Finding ways to link existing capability with novel purposes to deal with uncertainty is one proven way, illustrated by real-life stories in this talk.

It will also address how we measure the cognitive, cultural and behavioural diversity needed to create the preconditions for innovation and how we catalyse the potential of our employees, customers and suppliers to provide new ways of working and thinking.
