Maybe you've heard the phrase "outcomes over output." It means that we should spend less time worrying about the stuff we make, and more time focusing on the results that our stuff delivers. It's easy to nod your head and accept the idea--but surprisingly difficult to put the idea into motion. To really be outcome-centric, teams need to change some fundamental things about the way they work, and they way they think about "products." In this talk, Josh will share some simple and practical tools to help you get started, and point to some of the bigger changes that organizations need to embrace to be truly successful.
