Scrum is expanding not just within the world of software and new product development, but also beyond it. Gunther Verheyen wants to help people look beyond  the rules of Scrum, and identified and described the six essentials traits that make Scrum work. Gunther will share these six essential traits, as described in his paper “Moving Your Scrum Downfield,” hoping that they will help people up their game of Scrum. Usually, Gunther aspires shared some excerpts from his latest book, "97 Things Every Scrum Practitioner Should Know" to highlight some of the traits described in his paper.
