There is a very real reality about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; everybody is talking about it, and every organization wants it! You cannot think about product planning, growth, or quarterly goals without discussing DE&I. However what does it really mean?
Instead of DE&I being a blanket statement thrown around as a item to be checked off of a list, let’s get to the real nature of what true diversity, equity, and inclusion within tech is.
