By day he helps teams and organisations be as effective as they can be, and in his spare time he is a keynote speaker, tweeter, blogger, mentor, meetup host and continuous innovator in approaches and techniques for increasing organisational agility with an ethical and human focus.

Neil was one of the original three pioneers of the #NoEstimates movement, and created the “slicing heuristics” and “capability slicing” techniques for balancing flexibility and predictability in software/product development initiatives.
