Rachel leads Transformation & Change for Global Technology Infrastructure, driving transformation initiatives across an 8 thousand person organization, accelerating our movement towards being software-defined and product centric.  Her role is to focus on the people side of transformation, enabling leaders and teams to engage, be inspired and adopt, new ways of working, ultimately building organizational culture.
She has a compelling vision for change and transformation, leading a team of change agents Rachel partners with senior stakeholders to set the strategy and rolls up her sleeves across multiple transformation programs (e.g. agile, OKR’s, culture, junior talent, diversity & inclusion).  She influences through inspiration and is also the sponsor for GTI’s global change agent network, Catalyst (500+ individuals globally). 
Rachel has a degree in Criminology and joined JPMorgan 20+ years ago in the CIB.  She has broad experience of the organization, having played key roles in both GTI and CIB respectively.
Outside the office Rachel is always on adventures across the capital with her daughters Ruby and Isobel. She is creative, plays football and enjoys exploring new ways of doing things.
